A dense, suffocating mountain of black bin bags fills the centre of a spotless gallery with white walls and a concrete floor. An inscription on the floor confronts the visitor.
Each bag holds an everyday object that can still be used, a garment, a toy, a book, with a note about its story. Visitors can take one away and give it a second life.
Day after day, the mountain shrinks, or not: it becomes a visible measure of our ability to act against waste.
